Accessibility at Alpine Leasing

Our Commitment

At Alpine Leasing, we are committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We believe in integration and are dedicated to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.

We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do so by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility and by meeting our accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Accessible Customer Service

We ensure our truck sales, parts counter, and repair services are accessible to everyone:

  • Communication: We communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their specific disability.
  • Assistive Devices: We welcome the use of personal assistive devices in all public areas of our facilities, including our showrooms and service reception areas.
  • Service Animals and Support Persons: We welcome people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal or a support person. Service animals are allowed in all parts of our premises that are open to the public.
  • Notice of Temporary Disruptions: In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities used by people with disabilities we will post a public notice promptly. This notice will include the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.

Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

As a large organization in Ontario, we maintain a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan that outlines our strategy to prevent and remove barriers from our workplace. This plan is reviewed and updated at least once every five years.

Feedback Process and Requesting Alternative Formats

Alpine Leasing welcomes feedback on how we provide accessible customer service and parts/repair operations. Your feedback helps us identify barriers and make continuous improvements.

If you require this website’s content, invoices, truck spec sheets, or any other corporate document in an alternative accessible format (such as large print, clear graphics, or compatible screen-reader text), please let us know.

How to Contact Us:

We will review all feedback and accessibility requests within 5 business days. If a response is required, we will reply to you using a format that meets your specific communication needs.
